Patreon Perks Process

We use a combination of manufacturing through Vograce for the pins + keychains and me (Cor, Chris’ assistant) making the stickers myself with my handy printer and cricut, below I’ve explained this process in depth.

Phase 1: On the 3rd of every month Chris sends me the spreadsheet of current patron’s that will be receiving goodies, with this info I then send her the invoice, meaning this is the cut off to get that month’s goodies.

Phase 2: With the money from this invoice I order the keychains and pins, these take about a month to get to me, in the meantime I start on the stickers for that month, after this is where things start to differ between USA and International Patreons.

USA

Phase 3: The end of the month rolls around and the keychains and pins have arrived, yippee! But wait, the work isn’t done yet! I now have to pack about 500 orders, this takes me about two weeks, meaning we are now in the next month.

Phase 4: Woohoo everything is packed and being sent on it’s way! At this point you’ll get a tracking letter from LetterTrack so you can see when your order will get to you.

In short, things get sent out a month behind because of manufacturing.

International

Phase 3: The end of the month rolls around and the keychains and pins have arrived, yippee! These are then sorted and set aside to be packed at the end of the year.

Phase 4: January is here! This is when the International goodies are sent out. I pack everything up and then send them out via PirateShip’s Simple Export Rate, you’ll get tracking info from them so you can see when your goodies will arrive!
